Your Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical teams for next rounds
Manage and schedule interviews efficiently
Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline status
Draft and post compelling job descriptions
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
