Position Overview:

We are looking for a

seasoned HR Recruiter

with hands-on experience in hiring for IT roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for positions like web developers, social media marketers, SEO specialists, graphic designers, and video editors.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment cycle - from understanding job requirements to onboarding Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to shortlist qualified candidates Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and manage interviews Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Stay updated with hiring trends and practices in the IT & digital space

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an

IT company

Proven experience in hiring for roles like: Web Developer Social Media Marketer SEO Executive Graphic Designer Video Editor Strong sourcing and networking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn recruiting, and applicant tracking systems Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
