Key Responsibilities
:
Job Posting
: Draft and publish job ads on portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
Sourcing Candidates
: Search candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screening & Shortlisting
: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
Scheduling Interviews
: Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conducting Interviews
: Conduct first-round HR interviews to assess fit.
Database Maintenance
: Update candidate records and recruitment tracker sheets.
Follow-ups
: Regular follow-ups with candidates for feedback and documentation.
Offer & Onboarding
: Draft offer letters, negotiate terms, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
Reporting
: Prepare reports on hiring progress and metrics.
Employer Branding (Optional)
: Assist with HR campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn.
