Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, references, etc.) Conduct screening calls and schedule interviews Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics Assist in onboarding and joining formalities Ensure timely closure of open positions Support HR team in day-to-day operations as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or related field) 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR recruiter Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements Familiarity with basic HR practices and tools

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
