Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: 0.6 - 2 Years (Experienced candidate with strong communication skills can apply)

Location: Village Pansara, Old Saharanpur Road , Yamuna Nagar ( Haryana)- 135001

Industry: United Timber Works

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals like Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna App, and other hiring platforms.

-Create and post job openings across various recruitment platforms.

-Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

-Maintain candidate database and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.

-Assist in onboarding process of selected candidates.

-Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk and targeted hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Knowledge and hands-on experience using Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna App, and other job portals.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to manage multiple requirements and handle bulk hiring.

-Good understanding of recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques.

-Basic computer skills (MS-Office, Email, Google Sheets).

-Positive attitude, negotiation skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR/ Management/ Any stream (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary

?12000- ₹20000 (based on Knowledge and experience)
