10000 to 18000 + Incentive

Role & responsibilities

:-

Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment. 100-150 calls have to do on a daily basis Able to work under Target and pressure Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri / Linkedin. Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
Requirements

1. Must be a Graduate along with recruitment experience.

2. Need to have excellent communication skill.

3. Must have knowledge of screening and sourcing.

4. Must have a laptop & WiFi connection & Power Backup

5. Must be comfortable with Targets.
