Job Title: HR Recruiter (Work from Home)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Laptop / Desktop & good internet connection required.

CTC - 2.5 to 3 LPA

Timing - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong sourcing skills using free job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, job hain, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment cycle across multiple roles. Source and screen candidates using free job portals and other online platforms. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring teams. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports. Ensure timely closures of open positions.

Note

The first month will be considered a screening period, which will be target-based to assess performance and suitability for the role.

Clear expectations and achievable targets will be communicated at the start.

As this is a remote role, consistent performance is essential. In case targets are not met during this period, the continuation of the role will be reconsidered.
