Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role expectations.
Source and attract candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain candidate pipeline and track progress using internal databases.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent Zebronics at job fairs or recruitment drives.
Provide regular hiring reports and analytics to management.
