Job Title: HR Recruiter (WFH) INTERN

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team for a 3 months internship. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment process within a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Candidate Sourcing: To identify potential candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking. Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications. Assist in coordinating and conducting interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Job Postings and Advertising: Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions. Post job openings on relevant platforms and monitor responses. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and provide insights to the HR team.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
