We are looking for an

HR Recruiter

with

1-2 years of experience

who can manage

end-to-end recruitment

for both

IT and Non-IT roles

, with a strong focus on

IT Sales / BDE profiles

Key Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as an

HR Recruiter

Proven experience in

IT recruitment

Hands-on experience hiring

BDE / IT Sales profiles

Ability to manage

end-to-end recruitment

: Requirement gathering Sourcing & screening Interview coordination Offer & joining follow-ups Experience using

Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed

for sourcing Familiar with screening technical and sales profiles Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle

multiple positions simultaneously

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle complete recruitment cycle for

IT & Non-IT roles

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports Follow up with candidates from offer to joining Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Ensure timely closure of positions
