Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing large-scale recruitment assignments from start to finish. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent coordination, and the ability to handle pressure-driven hiring demands.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment cycles for mass hiring projects
Identify and attract candidates using job portals, referrals, vendors, and personal networks
Plan and execute bulk hiring drives efficiently
Evaluate resumes, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews
Achieve hiring closures within agreed turnaround times
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS data
Develop and sustain a talent pool for upcoming hiring needs
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
Mandatory experience in bulk or mass recruitment
Strong sourcing capabilities and established recruitment networks
Effective communication and coordination abilities
Ability to perform under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
Working knowledge of job portals and recruitment systems
