Job Opening: HR Recruiter

Location: Ankurhati, Howrah

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

2. Manpower planning and coordination with respective department heads

3. Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, social media platforms, and consultancies

4. Screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, and coordinating technical/management interviews

5. Salary negotiation, offer letter issuance, and joining follow-ups

6. Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and MIS reports

Desired Skills:

1. Good communication and coordination skills

2. Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques

3. Ability to manage hiring pressure and deadlines

4. Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance

Eligibility:

1. Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

2. Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage

3. Freshers with strong recruitment interest may also apply
