Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent aligned with the agency's business goals and culture. This role focuses on sourcing skilled professionals across digital marketing, creative, technical, and support functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent in the digital marketing space.
Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards.
