Job Description

An HR Recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs. They act as a bridge between hiring managers and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company websites. Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline.

2. Screening & Interviewing

Review resumes and shortlist candidates. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

3. Hiring Process Management

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Collect feedback and manage candidate evaluations. Extend job offers and negotiate salary/benefits.

4. Employer Branding

Promote the company as an employer of choice. Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure recruitment processes follow labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

6. Onboarding Support

Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and department heads. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
