Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and vocational training roles across projects and locations.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local hiring channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers and clients.
Ensure timely closures of positions as per project timelines and manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Coordinate offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Support onboarding activities and ensure proper documentation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for skill development and CSR projects.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external consultants for hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in skill development, training, CSR, or staffing sectors.
Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment portals.
Knowledge of local hiring markets and regional language(s) is mandatory.
