Responsibility:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants.
Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
