Understanding manpower requirements from department heads
Posting job vacancies on job portals, social media, and internal sources
Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
Conducting initial HR interviews and coordinating technical/management rounds
Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
Negotiating salary and explaining company policies
Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
Coordinating background verification and documentation
Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensuring timely closure of positions as per hiring plan
Coordinating with HR operations for smooth onboarding
Maintaining good candidate experience and employer branding
Optional (if factory/manpower hiring is involved):
Recruiting factory labor, contract workers, and staff
Coordinating with labor contractors and consultancies
Managing bulk hiring and walk-in interviews

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
