Collaborate with factory managers to create job descriptions, conduct interviews, and track metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Maintain employee databases, handle compliance reporting (e.g., attendance, leaves), and support onboarding for garment-specific skills like stitching or weaving.
Essential Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, with 2-5 years of experience in garments/textile recruitment, preferably in Kolkata.
Familiarity with garments recruitment challenges, such as training for stitching/weaving skills and reducing attrition in Kolkata factories.
Knowledge of employment laws, ethical hiring, and local networks in apparel clusters.
