Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR professional who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures for International BPO.



JOB ROLE:

1. End-to-end volume recruitment for the International BPO Process.



2. Should know how to access various job portals for hiring purposes.



3. Should maintain a smooth recruitment process as per process requirements.



4. Find out talents from job portals and social media and schedule interviews.



5. Manage candidates and onboard them for joining.



WE REQUIRED:

1. REGULAR AND TIME PUNCTUAL.



2. Must have experience in BPO recruitment. (International preferred)



3. Must be a good communicator.

Weekend availability


Ability to commute/relocate:

Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal



Experience:

International BPO recruitment(Preferred)



Recruitment: (6 months-1 year)



Language:

English fluently (Required)



Salary:

12,000 - 15,000 per month
