. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for positions such as drivers, housekeeping staff, helpers, delivery executives, cooks, security personnel, and other ground-level roles. You will be responsible for high-volume hiring, field sourcing, and ensuring timely manpower availability.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for all blue-collar positions.
Source candidates through field visits, job portals, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and local networks.
Screen candidates for attitude, reliability, discipline, and skill fit.
Coordinate interviews with internal teams and clients.
Maintain detailed recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Conduct document verification (ID proof, address, experience, police verification if required).
Manage high-volume hiring with urgent deadlines.
Follow up with selected candidates till joining to reduce dropouts.
Support onboarding and employee document collection.
Ensure manpower availability across locations as per requirement.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience
in blue-collar recruitment (drivers, housekeeping, helper, delivery, guard, etc.).
Strong sourcing network and field recruitment experience.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
Comfortable working
on-site at Chinar Park

Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding.
