Job Responsibility:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing, screening, interviews & selection.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
- Manage onboarding, documentation & background checks.
- Maintain databases, track recruitment status & support HR operations.
- Liaise with department heads for manpower needs and ensure smooth candidate communication.
