Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess skills, fitment, and availability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and timely updating them.
Manage offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and documentation support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Work on employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
Ensure all recruitment processes align with organizational policies and timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferred).
Strong knowledge of hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and deadlines.
Good understanding of job market trends and sourcing strategies.
Attention to detail, proactive mindset & team collaboration skills.
