Job Description

Key Responsibilities :



Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Support payroll processing by collating attendance, leaves, and overtime data. Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communication. Coordinate employee engagement activities, trainings, and events. Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes. Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR requirements. Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping activities. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required. Provide administrative support to management and different departments.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or back-office roles (Freshers with relevant internships may also apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee/organizational data.
