Joining : Immediate / ASAP about the Role Being Iban Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function across its two divisions - Being Iban Academy and Being Iban Entertainment. The role demands a strong leader with expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and people management, capable of aligning HR practices with diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee HR operations and strategy for

Being Iban Academy

and

Being Iban Entertainment

. Manage end-to-end HR functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Statutory Compliance. Formulate and implement HR policies and best practices to support organizational growth. Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention initiatives across both divisions. Lead manpower planning, succession planning, and capability building. Ensure compliance with labour laws and government regulations. Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall business goals. Mentor and guide the HR team to achieve functional excellence.
Requirements

MBA in Human Resources.

7 - 10 years of progressive HR experience

, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, labour laws, and compliance. Proven track record in HR leadership, preferably in

education, media, or entertainment industries

. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage HR operations across multiple business divisions.
