Key Responsibilities
Regular Outlet Visits with Seniors
- Accompany senior management during outlet visits to oversee manpower operations and workforce alignment.
Headhunting & Recruitment
- Actively source and headhunt candidates for key roles through both in-house and outsourced recruitment channels.
Manpower Backup
- Build, maintain, and update a strong candidate pipeline from internal references and external recruitment networks.
Employee Strength Tracking
- Monitor actual vs. sanctioned manpower and provide daily updates on workforce availability across outlets.
Coordination & Updates
- Ensure effective communication between Head Office and outlets regarding manpower needs, recruitment progress, and HR updates.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Team player with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
