Role Overview:
As an HR Recruiter at Purv Group, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and support key
HR functions including joining formalities, onboarding, background verification, offer negotiations,
and more. You'll play a critical role in securing talent across our diversified operations and fostering
a smooth candidate-to-employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers in selecting candidates across business functions.
Post job ads on job portals, social media channels, and company platforms.
Maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and manage communication.
Onboarding & Joining Formalities : Prepare and issue offer letters, negotiate salary within approved band .
Manage joining documentation, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Background Verification (BGV) : Coordinate with vendors or internal teams to verify candidate background-- education, employment history, and other standard checks.
Employee Communication & Experience : Ensure a professional, engaging candidate and new-hire experience.
HR Administration & Compliance : Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records, trackers, and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Reporting & MIS : Prepare recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, acceptance ratio) and generate MIS using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Stay updated on industry recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years in end-to-end recruitment; experience with onboarding, offer management, and basic HR admin tasks preferred.
Skills
:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Excel (MIS, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask.
Familiarity with ATS or other applicant tracking tools is a plus.
