Position: Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist

Location: Kolkata, India

Full-Time | Supporting India + Global Teams

This role combines end-to-end recruitment with key HR generalist responsibilities, offering the opportunity to build and refine people practices across geographies.

What You'll Own

As our Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist, you'll be at the heart of our people function. Your role will combine the agility of a recruiter with the care and structure of a generalist. You'll:

Lead hiring for roles across India and global teams

Source, screen, and manage full-cycle recruitment

Support onboarding, employee documentation, and HR processes

Maintain leave, payroll inputs, and compliance coordination

Help organize team events and internal communications

Work closely with leadership to design and strengthen HR processes

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations

Hands-on with sourcing tools, LinkedIn, ATS/HRMS

Strong sourcing, coordination and communication skills.

Self-driven and excited to take ownership of a multi-functional role

Experience with global or remote teams is a bonus
