Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant with experience in Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various industries such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across sectors like Manufacturing, FMCG, Hospitality, Education, Retail etc.

Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and headhunting.

Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, salary, location).

Coordinate and schedule interviews with client HR and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.

Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Work on multiple mandates and ensure timely closures.

Maintain records and recruitment trackers in an organized manner.

Provide market insights and contribute to building a strong talent pool.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (agency or consulting firm preferred).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Ability to work independently and manage remote assignments with minimal supervision.

Proactive attitude, target-oriented, and driven by closures.

Familiarity with various industries and job roles (Sales, HR, Operations, etc.).
