We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales hiring, preferably within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top sales talent to drive our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.
Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality sales professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales hiring, preferably in real estate.
Strong understanding of sales roles and the real estate market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS and HR software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
