Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate technical/managerial interviews with departments.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status using Excel or HRMS.
Participate in campus hiring, walk-ins, and job fairs as needed.
Roll out offers, negotiate salary, and assist in onboarding formalities.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
