Talent Sourcing, Identify and attract potential \xe2\x80\xa2 candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for understanding client\'s need. Create and post job descriptions on various \xe2\x80\xa2 platforms to reach a wide pool of potential candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resume Screening, Shortlisting, Review resumes and applications to assess candidates\' \xe2\x80\xa2 qualifications and suitability for the position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Schedule and conduct initial interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring \xe2\x80\xa2 managers to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization and ensuring a smooth and efficient process \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with selected candidates till they join organizations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain relationships with candidates and maintain a network of potential hires \xe2\x80\xa2 for future openings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate salary and benefits negotiations between candidates and hiring managers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Joining formalities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 per year Benefits:
