Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated

HR Recruiter

to manage end-to-end hiring for IT & Non-IT roles. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Source candidates via portals & social media Screen, shortlist & schedule interviews Coordinate with hiring managers & manage offers Maintain hiring reports and dashboards

Requirements

6 months-1 year recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT) Familiarity with Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn Good communication & interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel
