We are looking for an experienced and energetic
HR Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience in
EdTech / eLearning or similar organizations
and possess strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsiblity
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Work closely with client teams, as required
Required Skill & Qualification
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in recruitment
Prior experience with
EdTech / eLearning companies
is mandatory
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
Experience working directly with client teams
will be an added advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
Additional Requirements
In-office role only
(Hybrid model applicable after 3 months of probation)
