Recruitment process involved urgent requirements for different SAP Module Profiles (MM, FICO, ABAP, PP/QM, WM, SD, PP, BASIS) Source, screen, and interview candidates to match job requirements. Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed. Utilized Canva to design and create job advertisement flyers and recruitment creatives. Maintain candidate pipelines and manage the recruitment process. Follow up candidates -throughout the hiring process (from initial interaction to onboarding.) Employee engagement, Office event management. All ISO Audit document handling & coordinate with Management team during the audit process.
