CloudKing Technical Institute is hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, interviews, employee coordination and basic HR operations. The role involves onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment for internal requirements (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Manage walk-in interviews and candidate documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance & HR files.
Conduct joining formalities and onboarding support.
Assist in drafting HR emails, letters, and policies.
Coordinate between departments for HR-related tasks.
Maintain HR MIS, track hiring & employee data.
Support performance tracking & evaluation process.
Maintain discipline, feedback, and grievance support.
Skills Required
Good communication & coordination skills.
Confidence in dealing with candidates and staff.
Basic understanding of recruitment & HR operations.
MS Office & documentation handling.
Professional communication in Hindi & English.
Eligibility
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply).
Sector: Education / IT Training preferred.
