Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and support roles.
Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and create detailed job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, evaluate candidate suitability, and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the entire selection process.
Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.
Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding.
Use ATS, Excel, or HRMS for recruitment workflow management.
Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR operations and other departments.
Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work under deadlines.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
Basic Excel and reporting skills.
Knowledge of technical hiring (if applicable to your industry).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (technical/non-technical).
Experience in construction/PEB/manufacturing hiring is an added advantage.
