We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using job portals, referrals, and internal databases
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain applicant data and recruitment status in HRMS/ATS
Prepare and release job offers and support onboarding activities
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HRMS/ATS
Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
