HR Recruiter

to join our growing team at our

Noida Sector 16 office

. This is a full-time, work-from-office role focused on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple positions.

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting hiring timelines, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records Ensure timely closure of open positions Support onboarding activities and ensure new joiners receive proper training coordination

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is an added advantage 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers may also apply) Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to work full-time from the office
