Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networks
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in lateral hiring for manufacturing roles
Good follow-up skills
Ability to work on multiple requirements

Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree (BA / B.Com / B.Sc or equivalent)
