We are looking for an HR Recruiter (Male)to handle end-to-end recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database
- Handle Employee relationship
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or HR
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
