HR Recruiter -

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for multiple positions

Sourcing candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn & other portals

Screening resumes and taking telephonic interviews

Coordinating interviews with hiring managers

Following up with selected candidates till joining

Maintaining daily recruitment reports & trackers

Achieving hiring targets within deadlines

Skills Required:

Good communication (Hindi & English)

Experience in bulk/corporate hiring

Knowledge of job portals & social media hiring

Basic Excel & computer skills

Target-oriented and strong coordination skills

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 0-2years (or as per need)

Location: Noida sector 4

Salary: Industry standard

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
