HR Recruiter

Location: Greater Noida West| Experience: 5-6 Years

Salary: ₹4.00 LPA - ?5.00 LPA

Key ResponsibilitiesHire Blue color employees. Attend job fairs, campus drives, and industry events to source qualified candidates. Conduct on?site interviews, skill assessments, and initial screenings. Build and maintain a pipeline of passive talent for future openings. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Manage end?to?end recruitment paperwork (offer letters, background checks, onboarding docs). Provide regular hiring updates to the HR team and leadership. Stay updated on labor market trends and competitor hiring practices.


QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field. 2?4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a field?recruiting component. Strong network of contacts in the industry you'll be recruiting for.


SkillsExcellent interpersonal and persuasive communication. Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers. Willingness to travel to events and client locations as needed.
