We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support our growing IT sales team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for sales and technical positions, close coordination with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT sales and related roles Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds Understand hiring requirements clearly from sales and technical managers Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to close positions on time
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Proven experience in recruiting for IT sales or IT services companies Good understanding of sales roles like Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Manager, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions at the same time Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
