The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role involves coordinating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The recruiter will work to fill positions promptly while maintaining a strong talent pipeline and adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other methods. Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess their suitability for open positions.
Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for open positions. Provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through clear communication and timely updates.
Job Postings:
Create and manage job postings on various job boards and the company's website. Ensure all job descriptions are clear, accurate, and engaging.
Interview Process:
Coordinate and conduct interviews, whether in-person, over the phone, or via video conference. Provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
Offer Negotiation:
Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries, benefits, and other terms with successful candidates.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruiting practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Metrics:
Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and provide regular reports to management.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's employer brand through recruitment marketing strategies, including social media and networking events.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience as a recruiter (either in-house or at a staffing agency).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM- 6:30PM
Reporting to HR Manager/Director

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
