Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and selections. Manage the recruitment cycle and maintain candidate records. Ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 0-3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with good communication can apply). Knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals. Good communication and organizational skills.
