Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & referrals
Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
