. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, driving high-volume hiring campaigns, and delivering quality talent within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding
Handle
bulk hiring drives
for business development, customer service, and operations roles
Source candidates using various job portals, databases, social media, and employee referrals
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6 Months -1 years of
core HR recruitment experience
, specifically in
bulk hiring
Experience hiring for
EdTech and/or BPO
roles is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Preferred:
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods
Experience in using ATS and recruitment tools
Prior experience in hiring for sales, tele-calling, academic counseling, or support roles
