Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with Colleges and Universities for campus hiring.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates along with salary negotiations.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Qualifications
:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment ( IT, Marketing, Operations etc.)
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Skills
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
