IT Recruiter (2-3 Years Experience)



Key Responsibilities



End-to-End IT Recruitment



Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and Non IT positions across multiple technologies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely feedback and closures. Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled professionals. Create job postings, engage with potential candidates, and drive proactive talent sourcing. Conduct initial HR discussions to assess expectations, notice period, and compensation fit. Support salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts.

Required Experience & Skills



2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
