Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with at least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress using Excel.
Negotiate salaries, extend offers, and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of HR policies, hiring compliance, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT hiring.
Exposure to bulk and lateral hiring.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
